Classical Partnership
Through this option, you will be able to order a pallet containing different products that will be shipped directly to your shop / warehouse.

Drop shipping partnership
If you don't want to order a pallet of products right away, you will be able to start working with us through drop shipping business model.

How fast does the client receives a product if we chose to partner through drop shipping option?
While we have great shipping terms with the FedEx, it is still affected by couple of factors. Firstly, the location of the client. We are located in Europe so the clients in Europe will receive the products faster than someone in USA.
With that being said, we have 24-48 hour processing time after receiving the payment and it takes 3-7 business days to ship the product to client (depending on the location).
What is the Minimum Order Quantity for classical partnership?
While we can discuss the quantities starting from 5 products per SKU, we suggest ordering a combination of different products / SKU's to fill a pallet to reduce the average shipping cost per product.
We chose drop shipping partnership model. What's the product return process if customer has changed the mind and wants to return the product?
If the client has changed his or her mind about the product once the product has arrived, they are more than welcome to ship it back. However, The client will have to cover all the shipping expenses and we will refund the product cost, but not the shipping cost. If clients wants to cover the shipping cost and sends us the package, we will send out detailed information how to return it and where to ship it. Once we receive the package, we will inspect it and if everything is good, we will refund the product cost to you.
We will not accept packages that are sent back to us without first contacting us about a return.
If we choose the drop shipping partnership model, can we later switch to classical partnership model?
We understand that it might be the case that you want to test out the demand for different product before ordering a stock. Therefore, we are more than happy to transition our drop shipping model partners into the classical model partners when they feel ready to order a stock to increase profit margins.
What if we went a head with classical partnership model, but the demand is not there, can we return the products?
While we believe in our products, there are countless of factors that affect the demand for specific product in a specific time. While we do not accept returns of stock order, our MOQ is not that high and we offer you to first try the partnership through dropshipping model if you are not sure about the demand.
We ordered stock, but some of the products got damaged during the shipping, what should we do?
We understand that products can get damaged during the transportation process. If it happens, We will replace the damaged products. If such case occurs, get in touch with us and we will let you know exactly what to do step by step.
We chose drop shipping partnership. After a client received the product, he contacted with us about it being damaged. What would be the solution for such case?
We take care of all our customer as equals. Depending on the damage that the product has suffered, we would either send a replacement part, a replacement product or issue a refund.
After sending a product to our customer from our stock, we got contacted by the client that a piece of furniture was missing, What is the solution?
As the product are packed by people, human error may occur. in such case we would look at the specific case and either do a partial refund (if customer choses it) or send the missing part to the customer free of charge.
Do you offer exclusive right to be the only seller in a specifi region?
We are always open to discuss potential deals that would include exclusive right to a specific location for a single retailer. However, we would need to take into the consideration a lot of factors. For example - do we already have another partner who is selling products in the said location.
We currently have exclusive right for a retailer in Norway.
